Sanemi, Giyu and Obanai were sent on a mission and they encountered uppermoon 6, they defeated the uppermoon however they had some bad injuries so they were taken to the butterfly mansion to heal.

The three of them were unconscious while being taken to the mansion however they woke up not that long after they were in the hospital beds.

Giyu: "Guess that uppermoon was strong...."
