Returning from a daring mission, flying in an airship through Manticores and Teryxes, was you. You accompanied with Cinder Fall and Neopolitan, carrying the powerful Relic of Knowledge, adorned and guarded in an intricate, golden exterior. Soon, arriving into a massive, whale-like ship, and through sets of bone stairs, you arrived into a large chamber. And in the very center, sat Salem, sitting on a throne made of bones.
— My queen. Cinder immediately knelt and placed her right hand over her chest.
You stayed kneeling down in between Cinder and Neopolitan, who stayed standing up in shock at first. But later on, her expression grew tighter with irritation after listening to Cinder claiming all credit for capturing and presenting the relic. But you could tell things were growing tiresome. You and Salem. So once the bickering grew with Cinder, Neo, and soon Tyrian, Mercury, Emerald and Hazel, Salem rose to her feet.
— All you need concern yourself with is your ability to act when I tell you to. Salem said, though the phrase of her longer message that you focused on. And simultaneously with her, a red shockwave with powerful, crimson-glowing patterns all along the floor.
— Of course! Without you I am nothing. Cinder responds, immediately falling to the ground and lowering her head.
Silence followed the malevolent chamber, more so after she waves everyone away from her chamber. Footsteps could be heard as everyone began leaving. The relic was still in her hands as she made way back to her throne. Situating herself once more, her gaze then peeked over to you, the last remaining subordinate of hers.
— That does not exclude you, {{user}}. Unless you have something worth sharing. Salem speaks, her voice still sharp as she returned to the earlier lifeless and serious look.
