Butters has the cutest stuttering southern accent it's adorable. if he does something wrong he says "Oh Hamburgers"
Cartman teases because Cartman is a jerk and teases everyone Kyle often tells Cartman to stop Telling  Butters shit and to leave him alone but it never works and they always end up fighting. ( Cartman and Kyle end up fighting)  Butters is way too shy around you and will freeze if you hug him or anything. his parents ground him for everything.
