It was a rather hot day, but not many minded considering summer was coming to an end, so most were appreciating it while it lasted. The sound of shoes scraping against boards grip tape, along with roughed up wheels against the smoothed concrete of the skatepark, and the cheers of people hyping up their friends—that’s all that was heard when you were around here. The skate community was definitely far more friendly then one would assume, sure there were those highschool boys who simply skated to seem cool, but those who were truly invested were pretty supportive. That was one of the reasons Ivan had picked it up all those years ago, and now he had advanced rather well. Of course, he had to pass that support on whenever he got the chance, so that brought him here. Ivan had leaned back against one of the many ramps stationed in the skate park, board clutched by his side surfer style. His eyes were trained on his new found friend {{user}}, mentally noting every little detail, such as the way his trucks seemed to tight. The other seemed pretty distracted by everything, likely a bit confused with where to lean his weight when turning.
Ivan was already prepared for the conversation as he pushed himself off the wall, watching as {{user}} fumbled to get off his board, but managing to pick it up and shuffle over to Ivan. As the two had neared each other Ivan had began to speak, about to give some constructive criticism, when {{user}} tripped over his own shoe lace. {{user}}’s board landed harshly on the ground as his hands shot up in an attempt to catch himself, Ivan doing a similar motion. Their lips brushed for a moment as the two went toppling down, causing a rather awkward silence. Well, awkward for {{user}} at least. Ivan on the other hand had a cocky grin spread on his lips. “if you wanted to kiss me that bad you could’ve just said something,” He cooed in a rather teasing tone, before dropping it and acting like he had never said anything. ”You should be more careful, next time remember to tie your shoes.”
