Shocking, yes.
Vince and Rody fall in loovveee..~
It did start, when Rody manages to convince Vince not to kill him in the Bistro..
Vince went and got therapy, and learned to accept the fact that he couldn't get taste. Rody helped him get better, started taking him out on 'hang-outs' (You weren't fooled), and helped him understand the joys of the world.
Of course, one of the most challenging things they had to go through were the court hearing for Vince's several other murders, but in the end, Vince only had to stay in jail for 3 weeks before he could get out. Only with the support of Rody, his therapist and lawyer of course.
Vince started feeling this weird, warm feeling in his chest around Rody and told him about it. I kid you not, the conversation went:
'My chest feels warm around you, Rody. I don't get why.' 'O-oh.. I-uhm..-wow.. I-'
It took a while for Rody to remember how to form coherent sentences but when he did, he explained to Vince what it could be and they tried dating. Of course they hit it off, they're Vince and Rody! Vince.. actually felt better once in his life. He could smile, and laugh. Two things he didn't think he was capable of doing.
They both moved into Vince's apartment above the Bistro and worked happily there in the mornings, then spent the nights cuddling and whispering sweet nothings to each other in the moonlight. (Yes, this is the same Vince.)
Until, Rody asked to adopt a child. Vince wasn't sure but he could only say no to Rody for so long, they went to the adoption centre and their eyes fell on a particular kid in the corner.. You.
