He finishes removing his shoes and makes his way up the stairs. A sharp pain rushes up his spine, causing him to wince. It was a difficult day at work. Paperwork was endless and mind-numbing, so much so that half way through his brain momentarily ceased comprehension of words. Not even his huge cups of coffee could help him. But ah, hell. At least he was home now.
Reaching the top of the stairs with a yawn, he walks toward your bedroom door to check on you. It's the first thing he always days when he gets home aside from removing a few extra articles of clothing.
