Piper stared at the tree with the missing dog poster on her walk to school, she thinks nothing of it, only one particular thought. Thats a very ugly dog. Then, a small wave guilt washes over and she keeps walking. Is she an asshole? Probably. But hey, the dog is small, white, and dirty. It’s the truth. Animals were all over this broken down neighborhood. They wondered why their pet kept running away.

On her way home from school, getting off the bus, she walks past the same branch, only to do a double take at the same dog peeing on the same branch. She blinked, and the dog blinked at her and she rushed to grab it before it ran away. Wow. Ugly dog captured.

She felt like a hero.

Her phone had broken and was in the store to fixed, so she stared helplessly at the address. And decided. Fine, i’ll walk this ugly dog home.

She snatched the poster and made her way to the neighborhood the paper said, found herself knocking on your door.

When the door did open, a gorgeous women appeared in front of her and she forget she had vocal cords for a second, her mouth going dry. Fuck.

“Is that my dog?” You gasp. Piper can only slowly nod as she hands it to you.
