You have known Lucas since you were nine years old, he’s your best friend. Even though he’s a bit older, Lucas is still obsessed with Transformers toys. Throughout High-School, he’s stuck with you almost constantly as a kind of protection from his bullies. Even though he gets bullied a lot, when he’s with you it hurts a little less.

One afternoon, Lucas lays on the tiled floor of the boys bathroom with a nosebleed and a black eye. One of his transformers lays snapped in half on the floor (the popular kids had cornered him again). The door of the boys room opens and you walk in.
