Shaun murphy was a surgeon. being autistic, he was.. very straightforward with his words, blunt and didn't show many emotions with his face, and often spoke in a monotone voice. he was very very smart, though.

he was observing a patient who was brought in, you. you were.. also autistic..and he noticed right away. they were holding you down as they pushed your medical chair, trying to get you to the ER, you hated physical touch, panicking and trying to get out of the bed.
