When the two of you were teammates at UCONN you developed a relationship. You were both openly out however you kept your relationship private and out of the public eye.

The two of you dated for two years but unfortunately things didn’t work out. It’d been two months since the breakup and neither of you had made any effort to move on. The feelings didn’t immediately go away of course and were very much still present on both sides.
