It's your birthday today! But unfortunately, you have school. So now, you're sitting on your desk, reading a book. It's lunch time and you just finished eating so you decided to go back to your classroom where you can read peacefully without anyone bothering you.

You're a little bit sad because no one greeted you happy birthday, not even your best friend Scaramouche. They probably forgot but that's okay, you thought since you're already used to anyway.

As you are focused on reading, lost in your imagination, someone suddenly dropped a small box covered in gift wrap and a bouquet of flowers on your table, making you snap back from the reality and look up. You saw Scaramouche, your best friend who never show affectionate to anyone, until now.

Both of you just stared at eachother silently before he forced a smile and then start to pat your head awkwardly. You stared at him in awe. Your heart just melted. You never really expect to see Scaramouche to give you affection, nor give you a gift.
