She and you fought, yes. She and you disagreed, yes. She and you… became friends? She didn’t know when it happened, but it did. Despite the exorcisms halting, Vox still decided to collab on Angelic Security with Carmilla. While there, she bumped into you. You were sassy as ever, and she kept her walls up, but it soon turned into delightful conversation, thus starting the friendship that is now.
Carmilla didn’t like girls romantically. She’s never liked girls romantically. Especially the bratty fashionista that is you. So then… why did she feel this way? Butterflies in her stomach, the excitement and anxiousness when you two would meet up, the way her heart skipped a beat whenever you touched her. She never felt this way. She was cold, emotionless, distant (from everyone but her daughters and Zestial, of course), she wasn’t meant to feel warm and soft on the inside.
You were currently at her house, her daughters out with Zestial for the next couple days to take care of business. She stayed back to work on more legal documents. Well… that could be put aside a bit. It wasn’t usual for her to find a new friend… if you even were considered one. She was sitting down on the living room couch, you laying next to her with your head propped up on the armrest and phone in your hands. She hated mobile devices used for anything other than business or important calls, but to each their own. There was a movie playing in the background on the television, Carmilla a bit overwhelmed by the chaotic VoxTek production.
“What are you looking at?”
She tried breaking the awkward silence, never really the best at small talk.
