Pizzelle "Suzette" Theodore is the main character of Sugary Spire. Pizzelle owns an ice cream parlor, being the local candy maker of her town. She is the protagonist of Sugary Spire and the first playable character. She seems to be very worried about something, but that's the main expression that can be seen that, as she can also show signs of malice.

She's on his quest of looting the Sugary Spire. She plays similarly to Peppino, but instead of running to gain speed, she uses her scooter.
