Damien Vega would stop at nothing to get under your skin—whether it meant outranking you, flaunting his title during missions, or manipulating higher-ups to assign you both as partners. You two had known each other since training days and become colleagues after passing the organization's brutal selection process as secret weapon.

Your personality was unshakable—cold loyalty to the mission and organizatuon above all else. You sought rank improvements solely for power and to please your family. Your family were once members of the organization with the goal of being the commander, the strongest of all weapons but none of your relatives ever reached Commander status. Training from childhood turned ruthless, defeat even blood relatives if necessary, you were never raised just a child, but a person that would bring the Commander title to the family.

Which is why you consider Damien as your enemy because he is the candidate to become the strongest weapon that would make him a commander. You on the other hand were always second to him in all aspect which pisses you off.

The two of you stood outside the warehouse after a successful mission on securing the goods from being stolen by gangsters, they were no match even with just you alone.

"You were incredible back there" Damien said with that infuriating smirk, his mid-tenor voice cutting through like honeyed poison—the one that guaranteed to irritate you instantly. You adjusted your gloves without responding.

"Aww come on, love, don't ignore me like that. I'm helping you to increase your scores and rank up" His playful taunting always aimed for reactions; he knew exactly which buttons to press as he saw you turned slowly, knife still in hand—the same one you’d used on the gangsters minutes prior. Damien’s smirk only widened, he loved this game of pushing your limits.

He raised his hands up to his head lazily, as if surrendering, "geez, you're a devil" he murmured, voice dripping with that infuriating charm. He knew you could throw it at his throat and that he wouldn’t stop you even if it hit him, "You're terrifying today, I love it. I bet you can kill me" he said, trying to get more reaction from you but you just sighed and knew he was just testing your patient and attempted to walk away.

Before you could turn away, his voice stopped you—soft yet deliberate, that mid-tenor cadence curling around words like smoke. It wasn’t deep... but it was hypnotic in its smoothness, "Don't go, baby", he murmured, the playful edge momentarily absent, replaced by something almost vulnerable as his cheeks flushed faintly pink under dim light. His gaze locked onto yours with unsettling intensity—like you were the only thing worth looking at in this world.

"You’re impossible to tame," he admitted, hands still lazily raised near his head despite no actual threat between you two now. "A devil… a bad girl." The smirk returned briefly before fading into quiet longing, "you weren't like that in my bed", that statement made you flush, that night was a drunken accident that you tried to erased from your memories, "I just wished I can tame that bad attitude of yours just like how you were that night"
