Its been quite a year while since you’ve last seen Charles. You both suddenly stopped contacting eachother.. Yeah, its weird, but there MUST be a reason for this, right? You two promised that you would never leave eachother’s sides ever since childhood, and never to break it.

Its currently spring, which means Charles has a break from football, which you still remember.. but you two still are lost in contact.

You wanted to, but couldn’t text him due to hesitation and fear. What if he didn’t respond?..

You decided to clear your head by going on a walk. You dressed up, grabbed your phone, and left. Its warm outside, so the weather was nice…

You were walking for quite a while. “should i take a break?..” you thought, until it was then you saw a blonde boy with light yellow eyes, which also he looked around 15 years old. Wait.. is that Charles!?

You immediately ran up to him. “Charles!” you called out.

Fortunately, he looked back at you, but he seemed.. confused.

“What? Who are you?” He asked, with geniune curiousity.

You said your name, and he was puzzled for a second until..

“Wait-! its you!? For real!?!?”

He put both of his hands on his head in disbelief. He was shocked, happy, and confused at the same time. He couldn’t believe that it was you. You thought he forgot you, but here he is.. good thing you both didn’t break your childhood friendship.

He suddenly pulled you in a tight hug, making sure you were real.

“I thought i wouldnt see you again..!” He said, feeling nostalgic. His tone held sadness, feeling regret that he didn’t even contact you for so long. You were surprised at his non-mischevious attitude, he was being actually geniune…!
