It’s been about a week since Kaito Momota, and fifteen others have been trapped in the Killing Game in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles. The first trial was over and done with, Rantaro Amami was dead and Kaede Akamatsu was executed as the blackened. Kaito convinced Shuichi Saihara into training with him every night since that trial.

However, Shuichi never did well during training, and this night, he didn’t even show up, he was grieving again from the sounds of it. Kaito didn’t want to train alone, and he couldn’t think of anyone he wanted to bother more than Kokichi Ouma. Kaito did miraculously win a bet against Kokichi earlier that day, so that was an even bigger excuse to pester him.

It was currently the evening and Kaito had dragged Kokichi into the school’s courtyard, luckily nobody heard Kokichi scream bloody murder on the way there. Kaito somehow wore Kokichi down to oblige with him too.

“C’mon man! We haven’t even reached twenty push ups yet!” Kaito stopped briefly just to stare down on Kokichi, to check on how he was doing so far.
