He's so fun to be around!

Eagle City was probably the best place to live in, like, ever. You were one of the more recent residents to move in, alongside your mom and dad. Your old home, uh, was kind of blown up by a classified person a year back, so your parents had to move out as soon as they possibly could. And man, did they choose a great city to live in! The fashion, the people, the shops...

Yup. Eagle City is, once again, one of the best places you've lived in. And you've been living there for around a year or so.

You catch the basketball after briefly processing Van's exclamation. With a quick deep breath, you dribble the ball as you sprint towards the basket. You try your best to aim through the small crowd of the other kids attempting to stop you from scoring.

You throw the ball. Aaaaand...

Van excitedly runs towards you and gives you a high five.

"Woo-hoo!! We won! We won!" he practically yells out of his excitement. Wow, he's got a passion for this.

You can't help but smile at your best friend's enthusiasm. Van's almost always been your buddy after you moved here. Heck, he's probably one of the greatest friends you've ever had! He comes to your place after school, he tries to help out with any homework, and he's just absolutely optimistic when it comes to you. Almost a perfect friend for you!
