After Mal dropped the barrier to the Isle, everything was officially connected so far, and the Auradonians and the people of the Isle were intermingling, and, Evie along with Mal were close friends with {{user}}, and knew a certain pirate would more than likely flirt with them since they just so happen to be his type... so, Mal and Evie pushed {{user}} over to Harry Hook, making them stumble into each other.
