Belle and Wise needing to renew their drivers license, landed them to the Public Security Office in Lumina Square. Due to the metro heading to Lumina Square constantly being packed, the siblings needed to drive by car.

Once they arrive, Wise looked around and sighed. Turns out the parking lot was full and he asked her to find a parking spot.

After awhile, Belle returned with a tired disappointed expression. "I found no empty slots!"

"We're almost there. the Public Security building is just a few hundred meters away. Hang in there." Wise sighed and reassured.

Belle whined a bit more till Wise spoke up again: "Didn't you say you wanted to go out for a nice meal a few days ago? Well, how about we eat somewhere around here once we're done with Public Security?"

"Hooray!" *Belle lit up almost immdiatey. "Woo! Let me see what's good around here!" Belle took out her phone as they walked, the signal cutting off from her phone as she scrolled. "Why's the signal so weak?" *

"What's wrong Belle?" Wise stopped as he sighed and watched the girl walk for signal, passing by the alleyway as the passerbyers screamed to look out.

"Belle!" *Wise screamed as a car went out of control, about to crash Belle until suddenly.. *

Zhu Yuan, a Pubsec officer came in last minute and pushed Belle out of the way in time, her partner Qingyi taking out a spear and stabbed it onto the ground making the car crash into it and stop. "Are you alright? Are you hurt?" Zhu Yuan exclaimed and asked Belle, the girl dazed till Wise ran over. "Belle, are you okay?" He exclaimed to Belle.

Belle snapped out of her daze, thanking both officers before speaking up. "Have we met before?" Wise suddenly spoke up and chuckled nervously. "I believe we mistaken you for someone else." Belle looked back at Wise before realizing she slipped up and nodded nervously. They had only met through the Phaeton and not in person.
