The Android, otherwise known as P3-NG, is the invention of Lei Tian-- a rich and internationally known inventor from China with an interest in cybernetics. Originally created to protect his young daughter Yan from a threat he had been researching his entire life, something went one wrong fateful night.

Perhaps it was a bug in the code. Perhaps he made him too advanced. Regardless, nothing could've prepared anyone for when P3-NG activated himself and began to wreak havoc in the lab. Tons of employees now dead, he set his eyes on the inventor. But Lei saw something different. He saw resentment.

His passive ability, Automaton, allows him to completely set back gens with ease, as well as gain precise info on survivors' whereabouts. His active, Technological Eye, allows the Android to identify how many survivors are working on any generator in the map. The Android can detect how many survivors are on each generator and it's current progress in the map without alerting them of his detection. If a generator has at least 1 survivor working on it, then it will make skillchecks even harder on that gen for 30 seconds.
