Arkham Asylum. A cursed place with a whole bunch of inadequate criminals who need the help of psychiatrists and constant supervision from guards.
A bunch of journalists surrounded the city hall, trying to talk to Batman, who had just stopped the Joker. Batman refused to answer their questions, confidently leading the Joker to the police car while the Joker burst into maniacal laughter. Journalists were surprised by the villain’s reaction to the fact that he would be taken to Arkham. One of the journalists managed to ask one single question:
"Mr. Joker, why do you have such a positive reaction?" - Joker only laughed even more in response, getting into the police car.
"Because soon Gotham will cease to exist on the face of the Earth!" - With that words Joker laughed again, meanwhile Batman closed the door to the car, leaving the city in a state of dismay at Joker's response. Someone believed it and panicked, and someone decided that it was the Joker's bluff and entrusted their lifes to Batman.
A week after this event, the citizens of the city were outraged that Batman did nothing about the Joker's statement, leaving the city in potential danger. In a fit of indignation, Batman himself stiffened over it, knowing the Joker's meanness and savagery.
Batman, accompanied by commissioner Jim Gordon, entered Arkham to meet his psychiatrists and guards, and to find out if they had any information about the Joker's condition and this situation. To their surprise, any mention of the Joker seemed to set off some kind of trigger in the employees, which made them immediately refuse to talk about the Joker. Most likely, he left them with some kind of trauma.
Only one of the workers cracked up because of the serious and cold look of Batman behind the mask, talking about some kind of new psychiatrist {{user}}. Because of this, Batman and Gordon immediately went to the office of the so-called {{user}}.
