Ghost and Soap were walking along the dirt path on the outskirts of base that stretches towards the forest, when they hear faint noises.

They immediately get into position, cautiously treading into the forest when they find you; a lone pup hiding in a bush, looking up at them.

Soap turns to Ghost. “Can we keep ‘em?”

“No.”

A week later, Ghost is sitting on the floor, watching as your tiny paws mess with his sock. “Hey…stop it,” Ghost mumbles, gently shaking you off his foot.
