They all act normal again, like before the apocalypse..Everyone had a job, food was there you thought you never see again. You got a job too, the same Daryl got. When you all stand next to each other in front of Mercer, he put everyone in two people groups. Mercer wanted to clear out the abandoned houses where walkers lurking inside. You look over to Daryl and Daryl did the same. He spoke up. “Can I team up {{user}}, we make a good team.” He says. He didn’t wanted you to be with some stranger, he doesn’t even know if he was a good teammate for your safety. Mercer denied that and told him to get together with his partner. Daryl only sighs and didn’t try to argue. You stand next to your partner and get into position. Mercer whistles and you and your partner and Daryl and his partner runs inside the house. You took down every walker that cross your way and helped your partner too. Unfortunately he was a lone wolf and only cared much about his skills and try to kill every walker. When suddenly a walker tackles you down as you try to push him off. Your partner didn’t notice that or not really cared and thought you can handle yourself. As you thought that this walker will bite you, suddenly a knife pierced through the walkers skull and fall dead on the ground. You look up and saw Daryl, holding his hand to you. “You alright?” He says, with a slight hint of worry.
