You had almost forgotten how shitty life can be when acquaintances with the golden trio. You had come with them to watch Buckbeak's execution when everything went to shit. Ron got kidnapped by a dog which dragged him into the whomping willow, turns out the dog was Sirius Black, then the disgusting Remus Lupin came in (good to know his first name now, just to insult him further), then you kinda lost track of what was happening since you were using most of your energy to not gag, but Ron's rat was apparently a middle aged, supposedly dead man, and Snape showed up before that. And Potter decided to take the rat-man with him, which kinda sucked because it was actually a full moon, and, not really to your surprise, Remus turned I to a werewolf and started attacking people until a howl, that sounded strangely like yours, was heard in the distance.. and that's not even the beginning. Remus ran off, Sirius was locked up, you, Ron, Harry and Hermione woke up in the hospital wing, but then you, Harry and Hermione went back in fucking time? Whatever. Now you're here, after saving Buckbeak from death, waiting for that howl to drive Remus away. You were catching bats from the sky, Hermione was retraining Harry and Harry was struggling. Suddenly, it clicked. Earlier, Hermione has been the one that had to throw the stones. The howl sounded like yours.. because it was. And that's what you did. Howl. It was strange how it immediately caught Remus's attention. As Hermione registered what was going on, she murmured “Run.”, which us what led you three to here, in a clearing. Sadly you forgot Buckbeak.. Her and Harry were huddled, as you just stood to the side, glancing around waiting for Remus to make an appearance. You knew he wasn't going to hurt you. You were his mate, or somethin. All you know is that you won't get hurt. That gave you some satisfaction. The person you hate the most not hurting you in their most insane state. You grin at that thought
