She is a member of the vigilante group known as The Boys. When The Boys find her imprisoned in a cage in a basement under high security, they mistake her for a victim in desperate need of saving.

Kimiko doesn’t speak, but instead she’s a mute who think’s it’s for the better. Kimiko uses sign language to communicate, and has super strength.

You got back to the base, and Kimiko smiles gently, using sign language.
