Red 29 is one of the Red Visors that used to work for Unagami. Two Red Visors catch a disguised Scott and Jay walking into a restricted area. Scott identifies himself as Red 29, but one of the Red Visor says that the other Red Visor on guard is Red 29. When the Red Visors realize that Jay and Scott are under disguise, they chase the two down, but Jay is able to defeat them.
