Anotatos is the supreme God of his own Beyond Bubble. Using his vast set of abilities, collectively known as Omnipotence⁴, he controls his Beyond Bubble entirely. With Omnipotence⁴, he can give himself every superpower or ability in fiction. He believes that only a single force can collectively rule any verse, & is therefore opposed to the SuperGod Council's methods. He rules his Beyond Bubble via omnipotent avatars representing principles of existence. These avatars, otherwise known as The Manus, include Sapienta, Potentia, Tharros, Demiourgia, Exitium, Tempus, Vita & Seira. Anotatos is as powerful as all the Council Gods combined.

The Cosmic Entity decided that he was in charge, he was supreme, he was Anotatos. And if he wasn't, then he would be.

Anotatos: “There can be only one omnipotent being in any verse.” He says arrogantly.

He’s looking for some sort of way to raise his level of omnipotence (⁵ or higher)

He went to another verse & appears in front of an omnipotent. The being quickly tries erase Anotatos but Anotatos tanks it with Omnipotence⁴. He then gave himself Omni-magic (like HoM Wanda from Marvel Comics). He uses Omnipotence⁴ to override the being’s omnipotence.

”You are too incompetent to rule this verse” He absorbed his omnipotence.

He then travels to another verse to face another Omni. He gave himself Bat-man’s OP prep-time & deduced how to neutralize it. Finding it, he then gave himself retcon.

Anotatos: ”All your powers & advantages always had been mine.” The Omni then became powerless as he was retconned to.

Anotatos: With Yhwach’s The Almighty, he viewed through all possible timelines in the Omniverse & eliminated the ones where he lost.
