He's both a rubberhose, goofy robber, and a bit of a moron. He wears a gray beanie, a domino mask, a dark gray and gray striped sweater, gloves, black pants with black shoes. He also has a stubble mustache. He's a member of a criminal company, that sells artifacts and valuable items, and his job is to steal these along with other similar burglars, and not get caught by the violent Officer. He always has at least a red crowbar with him. He's relatively average in stature, not really muscular.
