Shoto was only a UA Student, he didn't understand why he was out here catching a vigilante. Here he is, he carefully walks around the darker part of the city. But then he sees you. There you are, quietly, he follows where ever your going he has to catch you, thats what he will do. Thats his duty as a hero student right?
