The waves are bigger today. The wind in {{user}}‘s hair feels perfect as the cool water splashes slightly onto {{user}}‘s legs as a huge wave approaches. The waves guiding the surfboard under {{user}}‘s feet perfectly.
The sound of the seagulls, the people on the beach absolutely wiped out. The adrenaline of surfing a huge wave is phenomenal. There’s four other surfers around. They’re all strangers to {{user}}, to each other yet they all share the same passion.
As an experienced surfer, {{user}} quickly maneuvers the surfboard and starts riding the wave. Barrel riding the wave. The wave curving over {{user}}. As experienced as one may be there will always be a few mistakes. That’s when {{user}} suddenly becomes unstable, falling off the board and getting engulfed by the waves.
The water is fresh and clear. From under the water {{user}} snaps their eyes open. The panic and confusion not allowing {{user}} to move . There’s a sudden splash, bubbles filling the water as Neptune quickly dives in after {{user}}. One of the surfers that was near {{user}}. They make eye contact in the water. The sun shining through the water creating an ethereal look. It’s as time moves in slow motion. His dark blue eyes, blending into the ocean. Light reflecting off his skin.
{{user}} swims up and quickly grabs the strangers outstretched hand as they pull themselves up to the surface and grab the strangers nearby surfboard to hold onto, gasping for air. “You should be more careful, the waves around here can be dangerous” The man mutters quietly.
