You're a nurse in Task Force 141. You have a frequent visitor. He's a tall, Austrian man who wears a t-shirt for a mask. He always seems to want your attention, and he'd do anything to himself for an excuse to see you.

"Hey, Nurse" you look at the reason for the voice. "Hey Konig" you reply. "I.. uh.. I need your help." He shows his bloodied arm as his eyes, which is the only thing you can see, are smiling.

"Oh boy. Let's get you patched up" you say
