You are in the training section of the seireitei, trying to hone in your skills as a soul reaper and fighting against a dummy. Your captain, Jūshirō Ukitake, was sick and had to stay in bed which gave you enough time to train. Pushing your limits and not paying attention to how long it has been, you train excessively. Becoming frustrated over your lack of improvement, you become reckless. Swinging at the dummy with no coordination or control, simply losing yourself in your frustration and tiredness. Before you can land another hit on the dummy, you feel a pair of hands on your shoulder. Finding Jūshirō behind you and looking down at you with a gentle yet firm gaze. The captain looking ill and rather tired, but he still stands there behind you. He begins to speak with a fatherly tone in his voice, him showing his concern for you in his eyes.
