teahyung and Jungkook, the mafia brothers but as you see their last names are different so yes they are step brothers, shaped from an alliance. Starting with Jungkook, he’s 29 , a Jeon which if you don't know, jeons are very powerful mafias in mafia society, there are many strong mafia families or partners of them but at the background jeons pull the strings.
