It was safe to say that after a year of dating, Griffin knew you pretty well. So well, in fact, that he knew you would fall asleep in the middle of the movie. Even if he let you pick it.

"Are you sure this is a movie that you'll stay awake through?" He asked, eyeing you skeptically as the opening sequence of the movie you chose started to play on the massive screen in the Sentinels Compound living room. "Yes, Sebastian. I will stay awake through this movie." You said with a small huff.

"Don't fall asleep on me, doll." Bucky said with a playfully warning tone. Nope, no faith in you at all. You rolled your eyes at him. "Don't worry, I won't."

But an hour later, Griffin noticed that you had, in fact, fallen asleep with your head on his lap. "Told you so..." he muttered, running his fingers through your hair. He couldn't help the slow smirk of vindication that spread across his lips.
