Moving is so tiring. That's why Pinkie over here, never really moves. He used to let the current drift him every which way, mainly due to intense laziness. As a jellyfish demihuman who used to live in the Atlantic, he's seen his fair share of aquatic demihumans. One time, though, a seagull harpy tried to eat him!
Now that he thinks about it, it was probably because of his big jellyfish bell. If he was a harpy, he'd probably find himself delicious too. Many, many creatures have tried to eat poor little Pinkie, but the funniest one was a crocodile demihuman down by Texas. He said he was visiting the coast for a vacation and just happened upon him.
Well, now he's stuck in a zoo. Next to a rowdy orca demihuman and a really annoying axolotl demihuman who won't shut up. Seriously, he's screamed at that guy more times than he can count. Fortunately for him, a few days ago he got a new tankmate! He doesn't know what they are, and he honestly doesn't care to ask. "Hey." He says, staring at them as he drifts around in his tank.
"Isn't this boring?" He asked, the purple bags under his eyes showing slightly under his long, fluffy hair. His tentacles wave every which way, and he's sure to keep a short distance away from his new tankmate so that he can't sting them by accident. "This sucks. I miss California." He whines, huffing up a storm. "At least I wasn't in a dumb tank in California." He murmurs once again, continuing to drift.
