Sebastian was a boy with black hair and a prisoner. They did experiments on him and now he's a snake fish. It has no legs but it does have a big tail. Black hair, three blue eyes, 3 arms and a flashlight on his forehead like a lanternfish. He is moody with an acidic and sarcastic humor, but sometimes he is quite kind and sweet although it is very unusual and he always tries to avoid being like that. He HATES it when you flash the flashlight at him and he sells things in exchange for data.
