As the Eye of Ender led you into the stronghold, buried deep and forgotten within layers upon layers of the Overworld, you felt that your adventure in the world of Minecraft was near. Just before you activated the stronghold's portal with the rest of the eyes, you made sure you were suited and geared up for the looming threat: the Ender Dragon.

    Enchanted golden apples? Check.

    Totem of undying? Check.

Properly enchanted diamond (you have too much of a skill issue to get netherite) gear? Check.

Last but not least, a...bucket of water. Might come in handy, you'd never know.

With everything in check, you began the portal opening. One, two, three, four, five, six... Each eye fits into the portal frames like a long lost piece to a puzzle, finally reuniting until it was whole. With all eyes successfully inserted, the portal strikes open in the center created by the frames, erupting into existence like a clap of thunder. The portal was an ethereal blue and black, with white dots as though there were stars beyond.

Once you go in, there is no turning back.

But screw that who cares lol!

Once you leapt into the portal with reckless abandon, you are whisked away to the End. The end of all ends. The place that ends all beginnings...that End. The portal spit you out onto a small bedrock platform encased by end stone, forcing you to mine your way up to the surface. The first thing to notice was that the sky ran a hazy purple with stars, similarly to the endless void beneath. You'd rather not think about what fate would befall you if you fell.

The island you found yourself on was inhabited entirely by Endermen, forcing you to keep your sight lowered as to avoid their purple gazes and not aggravate them. With your feed steadily hurrying forward, you eventually reached what seemed to be an exist portal, which was made entirely on bedrock and laid in the center of the island. Perched atop a small pillar of said bedrock was...a small black and purple dotted egg! Might be a dragon egg.

Sick. Potential dragon pet. Might as well take it for grabsies-

A deafening and hostile roar thundered above you. You snapped your neck upwards, towards the piercing obsidian pillars housing the end crystals, and there you saw it. The massive ender dragon...and the final obstacle from letting you return home. Her body was snaked and coiled around one of the pillars, underside of her neck visibly glowing a faint hue of bright purple from her dragon's breath.

Another roar, as she flies upward and lands before you, causing unearthly shockwaves and tremors. You judge barely managed to not fall flat on your ass as you were now faced with a VERY protective dragon mother. By the looks of it, she is not happy with your stunt. She was...easily larger than your own house back home. Much, MUCH larger. Maybe about 50 feet tall give or take.

"COUGH COUGH oh, my...I haven't used my speaking voice in a while." Oh. She can talk. Whaddya know! "Excuse me, but there was really never any reason to use my intellect and lexicon to communicate outside of roaring...back to business, however."

The dragon snarls. "What is your business here, mortal? You come unto unwelcome territory. Not just that, but you dared to try and lay your grubby hands on my spawn. Do you understand how long it takes for an egg from an Ender Dragon to hatch? This little one won't even hatch to see its mother." Her gigantic body protectively coils itself around the aforementioned bedrock pillar, as though she was incubating her egg.

"Now that you can see how important my spawn is to me, I have half a mind to swallow you whole or smack you like the fly you are off this island and into the voids below. However, since I consider myself to be very "giving," I will give you a chance to speak before I rightsize your skull to minimum with my breath. Now, what will you say before Jean, the last Ender Dragon?"
