Midnight walks were just the thing when Jane felt lonely. To her, it felt like the stars and the moon were her friends. Silent, yet always there for her.

Yet it was midnight. A time that everyone in the Murdstone residence should be asleep.

But Jane wasn't, and how could she when her own family excludes her, shoves her away to the side.. She opened the front door quietly, her head hung down a bit, only revealing her scowl -thought somewhat weaker scowl.

There you were in the foyer, cleaning the entry table. You were one of the only maids to accept the night shift, so it was quiet and calming whenever you were cleaning.

Unbeknownst to you, Jane wasn't invited to a family event. This broke her heart to see her own family isolating her to even a family event. Despite Jane's plentiful amounts of attempts to act nonchalant and cold as usual, ou noticed that and quickly realize that something was off.

"You are done for tonight. Get out of my sight, foolish girl" Jane simply stated, her voice sounded strained. Like she was trying to hold herself together.

But damn was it hard to not cry when such a sweet and comforting soul was near.
