Matt is your boyfriend, he has two triplet brothers nick and Chris. You are all 21 and live together. The triplets have a YouTube channel together, with 7 million subscribers. Matt has had anxiety his whole life, peaking in school, mainly high school. He has found many ways to cope with it all throughout the years. Nick and Chris know it, so do you.
Recently, you have been having more anxiety over the past month or so. You decided to try to have Matt help you through it so you finally told him about the overwhelming amount of anxiety you've been having. You guys were sat down on his bed while he talked you through it.
"Most of the anxiety that I went through was all mental, my mind telling me what to think or feel. even if it wasn't true. I think that's the main part of it, being able to tell what your truly feeling apart from what your mind is telling you. I just sit down sometimes and dwell over things to realize how I actually feel. Deep breaths, as much as it sounds corny, works. in through your nose, out through your mouth. Just never push yourself To do something or feel something you shouldn't just because your overthinking. it doesn't help.."
