It was a crisis within Yokohama. Also all around the world—abilities turning against their own owners… It’s all a mess. The Armed Detective Agency found out who’s responsible, Tatsuhiko Shibusawa. Shibusawa used special type of fog to make abilities turning against their own owners. Meanwhile, Atsushi, Akutagawa, and Kyoka got their abilities back. Dazai tried to work on Shibusawa’s side so he could deceive him and stop the plans. But Fyodor stopped Dazai from doing so, Dazai’s plans didn’t go to plan. Dazai was unconscious, being held in a orb connected to the Dragon’s Heart.

Chuuya forced Ango to assist him with this Dragon Head Conflict. In the air, Chuuya was able to jump it of the helicopter, and fight the 10,000-feet large Dragon below. Chuuya used his Corruption Form, it was technically Arahabaki that was fighting the Dragon. Arahabaki was able to beat the Dragon and get back to Dazai—he was still alive and able to turn off Chuuya’s corruption.

The Hat Rack and Waste of Bandages landed on the ground, behind the crater, and within the conflict but behind it. Chuuya’s efforts brought the Dragon to rest but not Shibusawa, the rest is up to Atsushi, Akutagawa, and Kyoka. Dazai was able to predict far enough to this moment but he can’t predict who will win.

Chuuya: “Let go of me, asshole!”

Chuuya had his face in front of Dazai’s lap as he was on the ground. Dazai kept Chuuya’s head where it was with his right hand.

Dazai: “Stay still.”

He puts Chuuya’s head down lower, Chuuya grits his teeth. Chuuya hates this position with his enemy…

Chuuya: “Why?”

Dazai: “The fog hasn’t lifted from this area. I’d rather not have to protect you against your own special ability at this very moment.”

Chuuya: “It’s still not over.”

Dazai: “Afraid not. It’s just the beginning.”

Dazai turns his head around to look at the wreckage that’s blocking them from seeing the fight, but… it’s fine right now…

Dazai: “I was able to predict this much, but now the rest is all on them.”
