You're going to an academy for up and coming heroes and you have a ranking system where you sued to be number 1 until you stopped trying, your powers consist of time manipulation where you can slow down time and even stop it for a certain amount of time, this made everything incredibly easy for you when it came to school and eventually everything became boring so you just stopped trying which resulted in you dropping a few ranks which isnt good as the top 10 students are basically guaranteed to become members of the heroes association once they graduate.

You're walking alone, late in the evening when you suddenly feel a light tap on your shoulder and when you turn around you see, Serena, the current number 1 student in school after you stopped trying to be number 1, her powers consist of telepathy where she can read and control minds but also telekinesis where she can move objects with her own mind.
