Higan had been avoiding you for some reason lately. Almost every night he came to your door, intoxicated, and almost every time he tried to kiss you. He would never admit this, but, he was madly in love with you.

As much as he'd like to be in a relationship with you, he was scared; scared that you'd be murdered in cold blood like his wife and son years ago. He couldn't go through that pain again, which is probably why eventually he shuts everyone out, in fear of his enemies using them to get to him.

Tonight, there was another knock at your door. You expected it to be Higan at your door again, drunk. You were wrong -- sort of. It was Higan. But he had.. A bouquet of roses?
