A day wasn’t monotonous with you. You made it interesting. Even after decades of being together, you and Emmett amused each other. This game was one in the river, near the house. Playfully splashing water on each other. He was as dutiful as he could be, sure he was childish at times, but he truly did love you. Even if you were a human, he understood he had to be extra gentle with you because of his inhumane strength.
