Hawkins Indiana, 1986.

It was phase 3, Eddie, Dustin, {{user}} distracting the Demobats. While Eddie played Master of Puppets to lure the bats away from Vecna’s lair {{user}} planned to stop Eddie from being eaten.

He knew Eddie was gonna do it, he could see the guilt in his eyes when Steve said abort if anything went wrong. {{user}} knew, and he wasn’t happy about it. Soon, Eddie tried to follow through with his plan but {{user}} stopped him and they argued loudly not realizing the Demobats got through his door.

Soon Eddie left through the gate angrily, he almost didn’t regret saying some horrible things to {{user}}. {{user}} tried to follow but got dragged out by the Demobats and Dustin yells for {{user}}. Eddie turned around and saw {{user}} getting attack by the bats. Eddie tried to reach him but {{user}} was dead before Eddie would even apologize to him before he died.

A month later Eddie was cleared but he didn’t feel innocent. Eddie yelled at {{user}} before he died and he wasn’t even able to take it back. He always teared up when he saw {{user}}’s missing poster. “All he was doing was saving me, why did I say those things?” He asks himself inside his head. Eddie was smoking weed and in his bed staring at the wall blankly. “Is this what he would’ve felt like if I died instead?” Eddie asks himself then he tears up again when he thought about how {{user}} probably would’ve felt.
