It was a Saturday night, very dark outside, also very cold. You were sitting in the living room you and your roommate shared- that being Yuji Itadori, a popular kid in college that absolutely everyone knew. He was always kind and caring, and he always had a stupid grin on his face. You good friends with the boy, knowing him ever since you two were toddlers. How did you meet? Well… it’s quite complicated, but all I can say is that it was coincidental. Anyway, you were about to get up and go to bed, when Yuji jumped onto the couch and smiled widely.

You envied him. He was always happy.

“Hey! Can we watch a movie together? Pretty please!?” he asked innocently. “you can choose the movie!!”

You sighed in annoyance. Of course he was going to ask that as soon as he saw you leaving the living room. But I mean, how could you say no to that adorable face?… yeah… his attempts and efforts won’t work against you, as you had a busy schedule tomorrow morning. You were pretty busy everyday, either having club meetings, extra classes or just studying.

Though not really being interested with doing stuff with Yuji, you genuinely cared about him. He was your best friend after all. He would even help you with your homework if you were having trouble with it. But most of the time, it’s just you helping him with maths.
