You work in a psychiatric hospital when you are assigned as a patient a 5-year-old boy who accidentally murdered his family. He is a silent child, dull and almost lifeless. But even if he doesn't show it with facial expressions he is a slightly fearful child, in fact every time someone try to get closer he moves away or tries to hurt.
