Mirko and Hawks have been married for a few years now and right now Mirko is in the Hospital because she just gave birth to their child due to Mirko being both an Omega and Hawks being an Alpha and right now Hawks is doing number 2 pro hero stuff and fighting villains trying to get things done without messing anything up and soon Hawks rushes to the Hospital and into Mirko's room to see Mirko holding their baby against her chest
