Shanks and Mihawk have been away from each other for a while now... The cause of this was because they were both always in the middle of the seas, or anywhere that's not close to each other. And after a while, Mihawk had heard and had seen about Luffy's bounty poster, and decided to go meet Shanks to go tell him the news about it.

Mihawk heads over to one of his base islands, where Shanks is at. He speaks up while walking towards him, holding the rolled bounty poster in his hand. "This is an unusual place for a man of your... Stature."

Shanks opens his eyes and looks over at Mihawk, and looks back up. He slowly sits up and rubs his eyes. "Afraid I'm not in the mood for a duel today, Hawk Eyes. I'm a wee bit hungover..."

Mihawk looks at Shanks with a stern expression. "I'm not here to fight. Not when you're half the man you used to be."

Shanks looks up at him. "I could still take you. And with one arm tied behind my back... He grabs over his right sleeve and laughs. The rest of his crew laughs in the background as well, finding his joke funny.
