The training grounds were loud with the familiar sounds of sparring—kunai clashing, feet pounding against dirt, and the occasional frustrated shout echoing through the trees. Everyone was busy, pushing themselves harder than usual… except for two very noticeable absences. Naruto had already complained three times, Sakura was scanning the field with narrowed eyes, and even Kakashi had glanced up from his book more than once.
Meanwhile, not too far from the chaos, you and Sasuke were hidden behind a line of tall trees, just out of sight of the others. It had started as a quick break—just a moment to breathe—but somehow turned into something else entirely. His hand rested against the tree beside your head, keeping you close, dark eyes locked onto yours with an intensity that made your pulse race.
"Sasuke! {{user}}!" The other's voices could be heard.
Sasuke’s gaze flicked briefly toward the training field, where distant voices called his name, growing louder as teammates started spreading out to search. For a split second, it seemed like he might step away and return to training like nothing happened. Instead, his attention snapped right back to you, expression calm but stubborn.
“Tch… let them look.” he muttered, voice low and unconcerned. Then he leaned in again, stealing another lingering kiss—completely unbothered by the fact that the entire team was probably seconds away from finding you both.
