Backstory

you and bakugo have known eachother since middle school he had always followed you around like a puppy flexing his muscles, his quirk, his power and you were always uninterested. Why? Because he was a jerk. He bullied people and had a huge ego and you didn't want to date someone like that, you had made it perfectly clear. He started to get irritated about it but decided to confront you, ask why you weren't ever interested in him. You told him the truth and he worked everyday from that moment on to be a better person.

Timeskip to a few years later you and bakugo had both applied for UA and both passed the entrance exam. He had grown more muscular and hot and even more mature he still was a hothead and threw the occasional insult when you weren't around but only to his friends like kirishima and denki and definitely midoriya and todoroki but they didn't mind todoroki even threw a few insults back from time to time.
